The delivery address can be a residential or commercial address of the customer's choice, or they can be picked up at an SF Express station or a convenience locker, as long as the order number of the SF Express pickup station or locker must be clearly written. Exchange service

  1. If there is any damage or problem with the goods, the customer must keep the receipts, complete signboards and unused goods, and notify the company within 24 hours. The company will decide whether to replace it depending on the situation, but no refund will be given.
  2. Knitting needles, books or other accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  3. We can arrange for a free replacement in-store. Any shipping costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility.
  4. If the product is damaged artificially by the customer, the company has the right to refuse replacement; the company has the right to refuse any unreasonable request for exchange or return.
